Xiu Qiang is a 2017 master’s degree graduate of this laboratory and currently works at Siasun Robot Automation Co., Ltd. The main work during the master’s degree is: Research on the mechanism and characteristics of micro-nano mass sensors based on micro-resonators. The master’s thesis “Research on the mechanism and characteristics of micro-nano mass sensors based on micro-resonators” was rated as an excellent master’s thesis of Northeast University.
