Liu Qi is a 2022 master’s degree graduate from this laboratory and currently works in Semiconductor Manufacturing International (Beijing) Co., Ltd. The main work during the master’s degree is: to use deep learning technology to compensate for the phase distortion of the digital holographic microscopy system.
