Wang Jiayun is a 2022 master’s degree graduate from this laboratory and currently works in Shenyang Aircraft Co., Ltd. The main work during the master’s degree is: to use MEMS/NEMS processing technology to prepare micro-nano sensors and conduct testing and verification.
